Traps alone don't work if the entry points stay open — our Deerfield, WI crew seals the building envelope while removing what's already inside. Rodents also gnaw on electrical wiring, which turns a nuisance problem into a genuine fire-safety concern if it goes unaddressed.
Rodent control here means construction-grade exclusion: hardware cloth, sealant, and door sweeps, applied by trained techs.
We route technicians fast when a Deerfield, WI customer reports fresh droppings, gnawing, or attic noise — those signs mean the population is active now.
No per-trap billing surprises — you get one number covering removal and sealing, quoted after inspection.
Our trucks stock exclusion-grade hardware cloth, rodent-proof sealant, and attic sanitizing agents, not just consumer traps. We also photograph every sealed entry point before and after, giving you documentation of the exclusion work performed.
Norway rats burrow at grade, so we focus on foundation perimeters, deck footings, and crawl space vents.
Roof rats travel via power lines and tree branches into attics — we seal roofline gaps, vents, and eaves specifically.
Mice need only a quarter-inch opening — we inspect utility penetrations, door sweeps, and foundation cracks for entry points.
After removal, we clean contaminated insulation and sanitize affected areas per industry biohazard handling standards.
We install hardware cloth, door sweeps, and vent screens to physically block re-entry after the population is cleared.

Describe the noise pattern and any visible signs; that helps us bring the right trap and exclusion materials.
We show up prepared to both trap and seal, so there's no separate follow-up trip just to bring supplies.
The inspection identifies both the rodent species and every access point, from foundation cracks to roofline gaps.

Exclusion is the permanent fix — trapping without sealing just clears the current population while leaving the door open for the next one.
